We are now seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across all brands and properties within our group. Job Overview: As the Head of Sales, you will take full ownership of the sales strategy, implementation and performance across Criterion Hospitality’s portfolio. You will lead a team of sales professionals to maximise revenue, build long-term client relationships, and promote our properties to corporate, group, and leisure markets. Your role will involve overseeing bedroom and venue sales while fostering collaboration across departments to achieve company-wide commercial goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a cohesive sales strategy for all properties, ensuring alignment with the group’s overall business objectives. Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team, setting and monitoring KPIs to optimise team performance. Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth across bedroom sale, and rooftop venues. Identify and secure new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and leisure markets. Market Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agents, OTAs, and event planners. Represent Criterion Hospitality at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the group’s market presence. Performance Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to ensure a competitive edge. Analyse sales data and prepare comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights for senior management. Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with the marketing and revenue management teams to develop promotional strategies, campaigns, and packages. Foster seamless communication between sales, front office, and operations teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications and Experience: Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles with 10 years within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of hotel sales across boutique and budget segments. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and develop actionable strategies. Knowledge of the London hospitality market is highly desirable. Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related technologies.
