As part of the Private Client team, the successful candidate will take on significant responsibility early in their career while being supported to deliver an outstanding legal service across a wide range of tax and succession planning matters. The role will involve providing expert advice on Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, will preparation, estate planning, Powers of Attorney, complex executry administration, and the creation and management of trusts. Requirements The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) with a proven ability to deliver clear and concise technical advice to clients. You should be confident in managing your own caseload and liaising directly with clients as their primary point of contact, with reference to the partner when necessary. You must be proactive in managing financial control for your matters, including accurate time recording and feeing. The role requires someone with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively both within a team and independently. Strong client relationship-building skills are essential, and a commitment to delivering excellent client service is a must.
