Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students to improve their learning. Track student progress and share updates with the teaching team. Promote positive behaviour and encourage social interaction among students. Supervise students during school activities, trips, and break times. Requirements of the Teaching Assistant: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational role is a plus, but not essential. A genuine interest in supporting students and their development. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Patience, empathy, and flexibility to work with different learners.
