We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with a strong background in Azure architecture and data migration to join our client's dynamic team in the insurance sector. This London-based role requires in-office attendance three days per week at their EC1 location.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient Azure-based solutions to support data migration and integration initiatives.
2. Lead the architectural design of data migration strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
4. Oversee the transition of on-premises data centre services to Azure, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
5. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
What are we looking for?
You’ll demonstrate:
1. Proven experience as a Technical Architect, specifically within data migration projects to Azure.
2. In-depth knowledge of Azure services, architecture, and best practices.
3. Strong understanding of data centre operations and infrastructure.
4. Experience in the insurance industry or similar regulated environments is desirable.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
