Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution
* Implement and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), email, and SMS to drive measurable results.
* Develop and manage the email and SMS calendar, ensuring timely execution of marketing campaigns in alignment with business objectives.
* Research and analyse target audiences, market trends, and competitive activity to inform paid media strategies and identify growth opportunities.
* Continuously refresh and optimise paid search ads, social media creatives, and ad copy to improve engagement and conversion rates.
* Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) experiments, testing variations in ad copy, landing pages, and call-to-action strategies to improve campaign performance.
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance using GA4, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimisation strategies.
* Manage keyword research, bid strategies, and audience targeting to improve the effectiveness of paid search and paid social campaigns.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to measure success and inform strategic decisions.
* Generate regular reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
* Work closely with design, content, and wider marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with brand guidelines and business goals.
* Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and platform representatives to enhance campaign performance and explore new marketing opportunities.
* Support the development of long-term performance marketing strategies, ensuring they align with business objectives and revenue targets.
Experience
Experience: 2+ years in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Email Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking campaign performance, interpreting data, and making data-driven decisions.
Hands-on experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation to improve marketing effectiveness.
Audience Targeting: Knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and customer journey mapping to enhance campaign personalisation and effectiveness.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present insights effectively.
Attention to Detail: Highly organised with a keen eye for optimising ad creatives, campaign setup, and marketing assets.
