Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Ward Clerical Officer based within the Intensive Care Unit at University Hospital Crosshouse.
What you will do:
You will be working within an Intensive Care clinical environment. Duties include the maintenance and filing of patient confidential medical records, recording patient related date using the computerised patient management system, answering telephone calls and relaying messages to the clinical team.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
You should be able to work an alternating shift rotation mornings one week and afternoons the next.
Candidates should possess SVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent qualification or experience.

Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday 8 am – 4.15 pm
Wednesday 8 am – 11.30 am
Week 2:
Wednesday 12.30 pm – 4 pm
