Your role As a Production Manager, you'll lead both multi-disciplinary projects and a team of project managers, to ensure we continue to deliver excellence to our clients.
Key responsibilities: Team leadership: Collaborate with management to establish KPIs for the project management team.
Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds service delivery targets.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
Client account management: Ensure client satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and exceeding expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Project coordination: Plan, set up, and oversee resources and deliverables for diverse projects, from global advocacy campaigns to developing cutting edge software.
Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Data-driven decision making: Generate and analyze reports to monitor project performance, margins, and budgets.
Use data insights to support and optimize team performance.
What you’ll bring: Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects in an international or fast-paced setting.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining high client satisfaction.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellence.
Familiarity with data analysis and project management tools.
Previous experience in content, translation, or communications projects is a plus.
