Information Technology Support Engineer
My client, a technology company based in Bristol, is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team in a hybrid role. The successful candidate will provide 1st line support across various Microsoft technologies and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st line support to internal users, resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Assist with user administration, including creating, managing, and troubleshooting accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
* Manage and maintain hardware, including desktops, laptops, and other devices
* Offer general IT support, including troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of hardware and software
Key Skills and Experience:
* Experience in a service desk role or 1st line support
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive), Windows, Active Directory, and Azure
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Basic understanding of networking principles
* Experience with hardware support, including desktops, laptops, telephony systems and other devices
