Sales Administrator
Location: Oxford
Salary: A£30,000
COREcruitment is working with a FMCG company based in Oxfordshire! They are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team! This is a great opportunity to join a growing business. As the Sales Administrator, you will support our sales and operations functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process customer sales orders and handle order administration.
2. Generate invoices using our financial management system.
3. Coordinate with third-party logistics for order delivery and resolve logistical issues.
4. Assist the sales team in managing ecommerce and Amazon orders, overseeing stock levels and reporting.
5. Provide exceptional customer support for ecommerce and clients.
6. Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery to customer depots.
7. Oversee customer accounts, invoices and payments.
8. Maintain up-to-date customer sales data and forecasts to aid in production planning.
9. Manage the dispatch of product samples to customers.
10. Update and maintain customer details within the CRM system.
11. Oversee office facilities.
12. Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
13. Support the administration of standard operating procedures.
14. Participate in ad-hoc projects as they arise.
15. Provide coverage for Sales and Operations teams when colleagues are on leave.
16. Regular in-office attendance is required.
About You:
1. Experience in customer service or sales support within an office environment.
2. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Xero and Microsoft Excel.
3. Detail-oriented problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
4. Flexible and willing to take on tasks outside of the core role.
5. Positive, can-do attitude and a strong team player who is also self-motivated.
6. Highly organised, eager to learn, and committed to supporting company improvements.
