About The Role
Pryme Financials Ltd. is seeking an experienced and creative Content & SEO Specialist to lead content creation and search engine optimisation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Digital Growth Manager, this person will develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports the company’s digital growth objectives while driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and increasing user engagement. The ideal candidate will be a skilled writer, a strategic thinker, and an SEO expert who can balance both content quality and search visibility. This role requires hands-on experience in content marketing, SEO best practices, and digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Development
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Pryme Financials Ltd’s overall growth goals and brand objectives.
2. Manage the content creation process, including blog posts, articles, website copy, white papers, case studies, and other marketing materials.
3. Collaborate with the Digital Growth and Marketing teams to ensure all content supports broader marketing and sales campaigns.
4. Create content calendars and oversee the timely delivery of all content initiatives.
SEO Strategy & Execution
1. Lead the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase visibility, and drive relevant traffic to Pryme Financials Ltd’s website.
2. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and ensure content is optimised for search engines (on-page and off-page SEO).
3. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and make recommendations for continual improvement of SEO performance.
4. Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to measure and report on the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
Content Creation & Optimisation
1. Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content that is both engaging and relevant to Pryme Financials Ltd’s target audience.
2. Ensure that all content is aligned with SEO best practices, including keyword usage, internal linking, meta descriptions, and alt text.
3. Work closely with the Design and Development teams to ensure the website is optimised for speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall SEO performance.
4. Lead content optimisation efforts, including updating older content to maintain relevance and SEO rankings.
Content Marketing & Distribution
1. Manage content distribution across digital channels, including the company website, blog, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
2. Develop strategies to repurpose and distribute content across multiple channels to maximise reach and engagement.
3. Collaborate with the Social Media, Email Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and maximise content visibility.
Link Building & Outreach
1. Develop and implement an off-page SEO strategy, including building high-quality backlinks through outreach and collaboration with industry partners.
2. Identify and build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and key stakeholders to increase the authority of Pryme Financials Ltd’s content and domain.
3. Monitor and analyse backlink profiles, disavow harmful links, and ensure compliance with SEO best practices.
Content Performance Analysis & Reporting
1. Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as organic traffic, bounce rates, time on page, and conversions.
2. Provide regular reports to the Digital Growth Manager, outlining the impact of content and SEO efforts on the company’s digital growth.
3. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve content strategy and SEO performance.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination
1. Work closely with the Digital Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure content aligns with overall business and growth goals.
2. Collaborate with the UX/UI and Web Development teams to ensure that content structure and website design are optimised for user experience and SEO.
3. Ensure that all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing and SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic growth.
2. Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
3. Strong writing and editing skills, with experience producing high-quality, SEO-optimised content.
4. Proven experience in conducting keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, and link-building strategies.
5. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML for SEO optimisation.
6. Solid understanding of Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
7. Experience managing content marketing calendars, creating engaging content, and measuring content performance.
8. Experience in the fintech or financial services industries is a plus.

Education
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
2. Additional certifications in SEO or content marketing (e.g., HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, Google Analytics Certification) are a plus.
