Job Title: Parent Services Administrator
Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Parent Services Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing excellent support to parents, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth administrative process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the main point of contact for parents, addressing questions and concerns.
2. Manage enrollment processes and maintain accurate records.
3. Meet sales targets and growth plan.
4. Work closely and in collaboration with nursery managers and support with training and sales process.
5. Be innovative and proactive to review customer journey process ensuring their experience is at high standard.
6. Coordinate parent communications and distribute relevant information.
7. Assist with organizing parent meetings, events, and marketing.
