About Us:
At Next Thing Education, we specialise in inspiring the next generation of creators, inventors, and coders through after-school clubs, holiday camps, and workshops. Our camps are a place where children aged 5–11 can explore exciting activities like robotics, app creation, Minecraft, circuitry, and engineering, while developing teamwork, problem-solving, and logical skills.

Roles Available:
1. Camp Managers
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the camp.
* Lead a team of enthusiastic activity leaders.
* Create an inclusive, fun, and educational environment for children.
* Act as the primary point of contact for parents and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
* Teaching or Camp Management Experience: Ideal for teachers, childcare professionals, or experienced camp supervisors.
* Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team and create a positive environment.
* Passion for Education: Enthusiastic about inspiring children and delivering high-quality activities.
* Organisational Excellence: Capable of managing schedules, resources, and communication.
* Technical Aptitude (desirable): Comfortable with learning and using technology to deliver workshops.
