Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours
Salary: £22,308 per annum
The role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the fast-paced world of e-commerce? We're collaborating with our well-known client in the search for a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join their team as an Ecommerce Customer Service Advisor.
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, addressing both pre-sale and post-sale questions.
* Develop strong rapport with customers to assist with inquiries related to trade orders, product availability, stock information, tracking deliveries, and returns.
* Take full responsibility for customer service requests, collaborating with various departments as needed.
* Process customer orders promptly to ensure efficient picking and packing by warehouse staff.
* Identify opportunities to enhance processes that will boost sales, improve brand loyalty, and elevate the overall customer service experience.
* Perform general administrative tasks as required.
