The Mental Health Pharmacy team in Aberdeen is growing!
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic pharmacy technician to join our Mental Health & Learning Disabilities Pharmacy team. The post holder will be based within Royal Cornhill Hospital.
No previous hospital experience is necessary as the post holder will receive training adapted to current experience. This role includes a weekend rota and public holiday working.
Essential Requirements:
1. Pharmacy Technician: You will be a qualified technician with BTec/SCQF Level 7 in pharmacy sciences, or equivalent. You will also have professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
2. Desirable: You should already, or be willing to train to, be an accredited checking technician.
3. Student Technician: Minimum of 4 National 5 or standard grades at SCQF level 5/credit level equivalent, including Maths, English, Chemistry, and Biology.
Interviews will take place on the 27th of February 2025.
