Triage Engineer - 0913 - £27.94/hr PAYE

What You Will Do:
• Lead Quality investigations for the connected car engineering team.
• Provide technical support for cloud-based issue analysis, utilising analytical tools to identify trends and triage concerns.
• Enhance and utilise MS Azure OMS Queries for debugging and triaging concerns.
• Extract logs from the cloud and coordinate with the supplier to address and fix concerns.
• Generate reports and share findings with team members both locally and globally.
• Work cross-functionally with project quality, management, and engineering teams to ensure early response and transparency to concerns.
What You Will Bring:
• Experience in automotive electrical and electronic development, particularly in vehicle body electronics, navigation, or telematics systems.
• Understanding of the electrical architecture of modern vehicle electronics and experience in fault finding.
• Knowledge of Connected car system onboard (in-vehicle) & offboard (cloud) side, including network communications and cloud systems.
• Proficiency in ticket management tools and practical experience in problem-solving tools and techniques.
• Bachelor of Engineering degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline.
