Thrive Recruitment Skelmersdale are looking for 4 Process Operative to work for our client based in Skelmersdale on a Temp to Perm basis. Duties: You will be working within a Manufacturing environment. This will mostly be computer based work. You will be programming and operating the facilities computerised system that directly operates the machinery. Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts. 1 hours deducted for breaks. These are day shifts and night shifts 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am. Please note this will include weekends when it falls on your shift pattern. Duration of the Role: Temp to Perm. Successful candidates will go permanent after 12 weeks. Pay Rate: £12.44 per hour. Once you are permanent, your pay will increase, however our client's pay structure is banded. Start Date: ASAP.
