Your key responsibilities
Everything you do will come back to providing exceptional audit services for our clients.
1. Effectively leading fieldwork and managing the audit process, with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters, liaising with relevant departments to ensure smooth delivery
2. Engaging clients and providing authoritative advice and professionalism throughout transactions
3. Understanding our clients’ unique ambitions and needs, referring them to colleagues in other areas where relevant to broaden our business relationships
4. Constantly developing your understanding of current market trends and sharing your knowledge to support junior colleagues.
5. Supervising day to day team operations
6. Performance management and coaching of junior colleagues throughout the performance year

To qualify for the role you must have
7. Experience planning, executing, and reporting on multiple external audits in a managerial capacity
8. Fully qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
9. Financial services industry exposure
10. Project and people management experience

Ideally, you’ll also have
11. Previous professional experience at Manager level or equivalent
12. Experience of US GAAP
13. Experience of PCAOB integrated audits including ICFR opinions
14. Experience of managing large multi-location audits.
15. The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
16. Excellent oral and written communication skills
