We are looking for Onboarding Team Manager in this role you'll be based within our high performing Commercial department helping support our dealer network. Leading a team of 7 Onboarding Executives, your primary focus will be to uphold best practices within the Onboarding team, fostering a culture of empowerment while striving to achieve company KPIs. At the heart of our operations, the onboarding team serves as a vital link, ensuring our dealers experience seamless integration of our products and services. Essential to the success of an Onboarding Team Lead is a candidate who has strong communication skills with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions. Reports To: Head of Customer Success Contract Type: Permanet Location: Richmond UK, Hybrid About the role: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 Onboarding Executives, creating a collaborative and high performing team environment. Conduct regular individual performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback in 1:1 to support team members in their professional development. Manage and streamline the onboarding process for clients in early lifecycle, across all tiers, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to onboarding Generate and present comprehensive reports on onboarding metrics, including timelines and blockers. Collaborate with the leadership team to provide actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements and resource allocation Closely monitor high-risk accounts during the onboarding phase, identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them to minimise cancellations Identify areas of improvement within the onboarding process through data analysis and team collaboration. Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, driving towards a seamless client onboarding experience.
