Facilities Account Manager - Chiswick
Up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience plus Company Car / Allowance
Role will be based mainly from Head Office site in Chiswick but there are also sites based in Trowbridge, Liverpool, Dublin and Wexford (Ireland). Role will require travel to these sites as and when required.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Develop and deliver continuous improvement plans
* Adhere to all client and company Policies
* Develop and manage labour strategy in line with contract specifications
* Deliver all HSE requirements both contractually and legislatively
* Manage required licenses
* Monitor and measure contractual and internal KPI's, identify and develop continuous improvements.
* Manage our Hard Services contractor to deliver all Planned and reactive Maintenance.
* Produce detailed reports to demonstrate compliance and manage risk reporting.
* Manage and develop client relationships
* Achieve financial budgets
* Produce and maintain continuity and emergency plans
* Train and develop all employees
* Ensure Sub-Contractor adherence to client and company policy
* Develop and maintain strategy for growth and retention
* Develop and implement the governance and communication strategy
About You:
Essential
* 3+ years senior management experience working within brand guidelines to deliver results for contract value in excess of £2M.
* Experience of managing Hard and soft services, including contract catering delivery
* Ability to build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Demonstrable financial acumen
* Proven track record of client/customer satisfaction
* Driving License required due to the nature of the role

* SIA Licence holder (able to qualify)
