We are an approved National Framework Provider of Nurses, Doctors, Allied Health Staff and Social Workers. We provide a service to our clients and candidates 24 hours a day and 365 days of the year. Our office is based in Hertford. Your Role: As a Recruitment Consultant you'll play a pivotal role partnering with our clients to understanding their recruitment needs, utilising existing methodologies and researching your own to deliver customised recruitment solutions. This role offers exciting opportunities for career growth and collaboration with leading NHS Trusts and Hospital Groups. Key Responsibilities: Early shift 0800-1700, late shift 0930-1830 and evening/weekend on call duties. Engaging with existent clients and candidates to continue and develop the working relationships under your desk manager’s guidance. Receiving vacancies from clients and matching these to the availability of your candidates, offering swift, practical solutions to maintain client satisfaction. Confirming filled vacancies back to client and ensuing booking references, which in turn are shared with the candidate and administration team. Assisting compliance team to ensure all candidates are fully vetted and fit for purpose. Contribute to team strategy both in terms of recruiting new candidates and clients. Assist with training junior members of team. Effectively handle low-level client and candidate issues, escalating as necessary. You Will Have: Experience in recruitment or similar role with a demonstrable track record. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Professional outlook but understand work must be fun. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
