About The Role
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Paralloy Group's brand, products, and services by conducting market research, analyzing data, creating marketing campaigns across various channels, and tracking their effectiveness to ensure optimal reach and engagement with target audiences including social media, content marketing, or email marketing.
You will be responsible for:
1. Campaign development: Creating and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels like social media, print, email, website, and events.
2. Content creation: Develop and manage content for marketing materials, including website, blog posts, articles, social media content, advertisements, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
3. Data analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report campaign success and make data-driven adjustments.
4. Social media management: Overseeing company social media presence, engaging with followers, and posting relevant content.
5. Market research: Identifying customer trends, competitor analysis, opportunities for growth, and demographic data to inform marketing strategies.
6. Lead generation: Implementing strategies to attract and nurture potential customers through marketing channels.
7. Collaboration: Working with other teams like sales, design, and public relations to align marketing efforts.
Requirements:
1. Ideally, you will be educated to Degree level within a Marketing/E-commerce discipline and have proven experience in a marketing role.
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and CMS software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Professional experience in conducting online marketing campaigns.
4. Knowledge of tools for analyzing marketing data (e.g., Google Analytics).
5. Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns.
6. Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
7. Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data.
8. Creativity and ability to create effective advertising content.
9. Ability to work in a team and communication skills.
10. Awareness of trends and innovations in internet marketing.
11. Readiness for continuous improvement and professional development.
12. Ability to conduct competitive analysis.
13. Experience in e-commerce is an additional asset.
