Key accountabilities of the role:
1. Honeywell PHD and Aveva PI production support
2. Resolve tickets under the applications under the defined scope (related to PHD and PI)
3. ITIL support
4. Client and User coordination
5. Resolve tickets within defined SLAs
6. Lead the team
7. Prepare and Present reports to customer
Key Challenges of the role:
1. Technical knowledge in Honeywell PHD, Aveva PI, PLC, SCADA, Process Control Systems, DCS
2. High Impact communication
