Connect2Kent is the in-house managed service recruitment provider to Kent County Council. The team have built a strong relationship with their client (KCC) which enables them to provide integral recruitment services for temporary, contract, fixed term and permanent staff within multiple disciplines. What You’ll Bring: A proactive and enthusiastic approach to training and development. Good knowledge of the recruitment industry and recruitment CRMs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively to small and large groups, both face-to-face and remotely. Strong written communication skills, including excellent grammar and punctuation. Ability to analyse training needs and deliver tailored training solutions. Good working knowledge of MS Office 365 (Visio, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience in supplier management or public-sector workforce requirements is advantageous. Initiative, drive, and the ability to work independently while being a strong team player. What You’ll Achieve: As Recruitment Training Officer, you will: Analyse training needs within recruitment teams and develop tailored training programs. Act as the main point of contact for recruitment suppliers and internal teams, addressing queries and escalating issues as needed. Support the creation and maintenance of training materials, such as user guides and video content. Deliver training on software applications, operational processes, and recruitment systems. Facilitate supplier onboarding to the Recruitment Agency Portal and ensure proper training for all stakeholders. Maintain training records and report outcomes to senior management. Gather feedback on training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery methods. Provide on-site training and support during new team mobilisations, including travel for extended periods. Collaborate with internal teams to support system enhancements and software updates. Ensure training materials are up to date by attending external software seminars and testing new system developments.
