Salary: £43,800 - £58,500 per annum

About the role
This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the future success of Cambridge English, at a time of considerable change.
We are looking for a Senior Assessment Manager to work on product development projects such as Digital Young Learners Flyers.
In this role, you will:
* Provide subject matter expertise in the area of assessment and test content production to the CEQ product team, the CEQ CED squads and the wider organisation.
* Provide work/line/performance management capacity to component-level content production teams or process teams.
* Provide ownership of test production processes.
* Contribute to ongoing provision of sufficient test content to meet the needs of the product.
* Ensure Cambridge expertise in assessment principles and test content production is represented and reflected in operational decisions made by Assessment Operations.
About you
You are self-motivated and pro-active, able to work independently, collaboratively and in an agile manner as part of a multi-functional team.
Alongside your extensive experience in assessment and exam content production, you will be able to understand assessment measurement and have in-depth knowledge of the CEFR.
You have the following:
* Degree (or equivalent).
* Recognised entry-level EFL/ESL teaching qualification (or relevant qualification in a related field).
* Strong knowledge of language assessment theory and practice (preferably to Masters level).
* Practical English language teaching experience (or other relevant background).
* Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Effective planning, co-ordination, prioritisation and decision-making skills.
* Some experience of digital assessment, incident, risk and change management.
