The Team
You will join a Sales Account Management team where comprehensive training and support will be provided to enable your success within the business. You will be working alongside a focused and driven team keen to enable your success.
The Purpose
To support and grow your assigned customers whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience, with the goal of becoming the customers' trusted Managed Service Provider.
The Role
To maintain and grow your existing customer numbers along with the monthly recurring profit associated with these customers through new product upsell, cross-sell, referrals, and recommendations. Ensure regular contact with your customers to become their trusted partner enabling you to consistently hit your monthly target through identifying opportunities whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete regular customer reviews with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to hit monthly sales targets.
* Project management of solution delivery and any escalations within your customer base.
* Maintain accurate records on the CRM and utilize the required pipeline and quoting portals.
* Hit monthly sales targets for new MRGP and renewals focus.
Key Tasks
* Account Management of approximately 400 customers.
* Remote review meetings, opportunity seeking, and end-to-end sales process.
* Work alongside Provisioning & Support teams across the business to orchestrate the smoothest and best customer experience possible.
* Ensure escalations are raised within the business at the appropriate time to ensure the swiftest possible resolution.
* Full product portfolio knowledge to enable full solution selling ability.
