The NI Sales Co-Ordinator will support and coordinate with local sales and commercial teams, providing essential administrative support for Field Sales operations in Northern Ireland as well as the National Account team. This is an office-based position, focused on back-end support rather than direct customer interactions. Working closely with the Field Sales Director and Head of On-Trade, this role is pivotal in preparing materials for customer meetings, managing reporting requirements, and providing administrative support to the commercial team. The Sales Co-Ordinator will collaborate with brand teams to ensure all necessary information is effectively communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the Field Sales Director (NI), Head of On-Trade, Commercial Manager, and National Account Managers.
2. Collect and present essential field sales reports using MS Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI.
3. Prepare sales presentations for customer and team meetings using MS PowerPoint.
4. Manage reporting requirements on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
5. Serve as a primary contact for the Field Sales Team.
6. Act as a liaison for brand teams and Northern Ireland business activities.
7. Coordinate Sales Team meetings and ensure effective communication across teams.
8. Support the continual development of back-office Field Sales technology.
9. Organize brand events and coordinate participation in customer trade shows throughout the year.
10. Perform additional tasks as needed to support business operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI, with a keen eye for detail.
3. Experience in FMCG, particularly within the food and drink sector, is an advantage.
4. Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and approach challenges from new perspectives.
5. Excellent planning, organizational, collaboration, and time-management skills.
6. Strong communicator with proven skills in stakeholder management.
7. Deadline-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
