If this is something you want to know more about, send your CV to us now Overall purpose of this role of Digital Marketing Executive You will work with UK and international colleagues and stakeholders to support the delivery of member engagement programmes and messages. This will be done through our digital channels, and you will evaluate the success of these communications. Act as a brand guardian for ICAEW by ensuring communications across ICAEW channels are on brand Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities include: Build email invitations and event pages which follow best practice and brand guidelines, to agreed objectives and timescales. Including but not limited to, the creation and management of event pages, email invitations and social media cards. Be the day-to-day point of contact for the administration of delivering member engagement plans, working with colleagues, contact members, member groups and Council Members where necessary. Provide support for the management of LinkedIn member groups, including the management of the invitation process and related administration. Support international colleagues in the creation of digital content to follow best practice and guidelines. Includes basic image editing, creation of Word and PowerPoint documents and working on various digital platforms. Monitoring and processing enquiries from members through a central international inbox and providing relevant and timely information as required. Work with ICAEW teams across UK and international offices to develop key data reports on member engagement. Collate and keep meticulous records on event engagement to measure activities against targets and KPIs. Specific duties will vary from time to time in line with the business needs. Digital Marketing Executive Candidate Profile Digital Marketing Executive Requirements include: Demonstrable experience in digital delivery including email campaign building software (Dotdigital desirable but not required) editing of web-based content and use of social media for marketing. Knowledge of CRM systems essential (D365 experience would be desirable). Demonstrable experience with analysing data and creating reports. An understanding of audience segmentation and best practice marketing techniques. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, at least a basic level of skill in PowerPoint. Ability to work as part of an internationally based team and with various stakeholders across different cultures. Excellent attention to detail, especially with reporting. Good written English is essential with copywriting skills desirable. Organised, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and proactively identify opportunities to improve ways of working.
