Job Summary At MEDDICC, we're looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) who will generate sales engagements and line up meetings with the world's most innovative tech Go-to-market teams. Our growth so far has come from inbound. But we’re seeing more and more companies searching for a way to implement MEDDIC and we know we’re just scratching the surface. There’s a huge opportunity waiting for someone ready to go find it. Responsibilities Prospecting and Lead Generation Identifying potential customers and companies that align with our Ideal Prospect Profile Using various outreach methods like emailing and social media to engage with prospects. Working with the Demand-Gen team, utilising our tech stack to spot high intent activities that could convert into opportunities Lead Qualification: Identifying the leads’ pain, decision criteria and possible Champion as well as relevance to specific M1s (Metrics that we have delivered for previous customers) Qualifying leads based on specific criteria to ensure they are ready for sales engagement Handing Off Qualified Leads: Providing the sales team with qualified leads that are likely to convert. Ensuring that the sales team has the necessary information to effectively engage with the leads. CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions with prospects in our very own purpose-built MEDDPICC platform mOS and our CRM HubSpot.
