Take on this role as Senior Operations Manager for one of the UK’s leading Build to Rent operators This senior role will involve mentoring and guiding Operations Managers, ensuring that leasing performance, compliance requirements, and operational processes and standards are consistently met and exceeded across a national portfolio. Role : Senior Operations Manager (Build to Rent) Location : North England Salary : Negotiable What will the role require? Leadership & Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of Operations Managers, supporting their development and ensuring that they effectively manage their respective teams. Operational Oversight - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management and lettings functions for the company portfolios, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and effectively. Compliance & Standards - Ensure that all operations adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of compliance in property management and lettings. Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and reducing costs, while maintaining exceptional service standards. Who we are searching for? An experienced individual with at least 5 years of experience in property management, lettings, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior management role. ARLA Level 3 or other relevant industry qualification. Proven track record in managing large teams and driving operational performance. Strong understanding of leasing processes, property management, and relevant legislation. An individual with exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
