We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our Plymouth based team.
The JOB:
* You will liaise with various departments within our Plymouth branch and Head Office in Aberdeen, facilitating the smooth running of the office, and supporting with administrative duties including:
* Data entry and following despatch procedures in management system
* Arranging delivery of orders to clients by courier
* Carrying out various functions in our Sage 200 management system, including raising sales orders, generating sales invoices, entering timesheets, preparing shipping documents, raising purchase orders and processing purchase invoices as required
* Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
* Any additional duties that might be reasonably expected
The Person:
* Previous administration experience
* Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Punctual and reliable

Contract Type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
