The Performance Marketing Analyst reports to the Performance Marketing Manager. The purpose of the role is to support the Performance Marketing Manager to develop and manage highly effective digital Performance Marketing campaigns across the EGS Commercial segments which include Spain & UK Employer Health, Global Employer Health and IGO & NGO Health. To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be highly analytical, passionate about data and comfortable with providing analysis of campaign performance and key metrics. Responsibilities - Campaign Management - day-to-day campaign planning and execution - Identify the relevant target audience - Analytics - reporting and optimisation, including in-depth analysis of LTV, CPA and ROI of all activity ensuring maximum efficiency - Commercial Awareness - presenting clear, data backed business cases for marketing investment to improve revenue and ROI - Work closely with the IM Digital Marketing team to execute the marketing plan across digital channel, including tracking, pixels, etc. - Partner closely with the local insights/analytics team to develop new segments and campaigns that will grow business both profitably and sustainably - Work with the Head of Marketing Services to develop and execute campaigns: design, creatives, email templates, etc. Requirements - Degree educated, preferably in a Business, Marketing or Social Sciences discipline - 2 years' experience in digital marketing and analytics - Understanding of web analytics, Google Adwords, SEO tools, Display networks, affiliate networks and other Performance Marketing tools - Knowledge of digital marketing funnel and user journey is a plus - Self-sufficient and fully competent with execution of campaign management - Flexible approach to work, with good problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. - Strong analytical skills - Feel comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Native level or Proficient in English, Spanish skills desirable Personal Competencies required - Proven ability to create in depth tactical plans, strategic plans, and gain stakeholder approval - Strategic understanding of changing market dynamics and new targeting technologies, and the ability to translate them into breakthrough, actionable strategies - Demonstrable ability to manage complexity by making sense of complex, high quantity data and sometimes contradictory information to solve problems - Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting priorities, communicate effectively with diverse groups, and rapidly change direction as priorities shift - Can consistently drive results and follow through on issues which require tenacity to deliver - Superior leadership skills with the ability to mentor/coach team members to inspire their highest performance - Strong collaboration and negotiating skills to resolve difficult and sometimes controversial issues and work with others to meet shared objectives - Proven ability to lead highly visible corporate projects - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Has a global mindset with advanced awareness of cultural sensitivities - Ability to work under pressure on multiple priorities About Cigna Healthcare Cigna Healthcare, a division of The Cigna Group, is an advocate for better health through every stage of life.
