The Client:
A leading management company working in a developing and expanding industry. This role offers a blend of office-based work in Swanley and remote work from home.
The Role:
1. Provide efficient and effective administration support to the National Accounts Team Leader and operations team.
2. Ensure smooth delivery of the company’s service to clients.
3. Handle client calls in a professional and courteous manner.
4. Liaise with colleagues both internally and externally.
5. Input/update client information onto the bespoke system.
6. Ensure job details are accurate with location and any relevant notes documented.
7. Weekly reporting.
8. Book appointments using an in-house system.
9. Manage access issues.
10. Assist the team with general calls and emails.
