Apply today and become an integral part of our team. Working with this role will include: Reception & Client Interaction: Answering the phone and greeting clients as they arrive. Stock Management: Receiving and processing stock, handling shipments, and managing stock levels. Order Processing & Invoicing: Accurately processing orders and invoicing clients using QuickBooks (QuickBooks experience is preferred but not essential). Excel Reporting: Maintaining and updating reports in Excel. General Office Duties: Providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Key Holder: Opening and closing the office, ensuring security and proper lock-up. Other ad-hoc duties. What we are looking for: Independent and Reliable: Able to work autonomously and take responsibility for opening and closing the office. Friendly & Professional: Comfortable interacting with clients and visitors. Experience of working in a similar role.
