Administrator
Location: Cheshunt
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

We’re on the lookout for a switched-on Administrator to join our client's busy and friendly team in Cheshunt. If you’ve got some experience in administration/customer service/accounts and you’re comfortable working with numbers, systems, and spreadsheets, this could be a great next step for you.
The week will be split between two teams - accounts and operations.
Accounts:

Inputting supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
*
Raising sales invoices in a timely manner
*
Providing day-to-day admin support to the wider team
*
Keeping things organised and ticking over behind the scenes
Operations:
* Answering calls to customers
* Logging the job
* Liaising with the engineers to get a job completed
What we’re looking for:
*
A solid couple of years in an accounts or admin role
*
Familiarity with Sage would be ideal – if you’ve used it before, let us know
*
Basic Excel skills – nothing fancy, just enough to handle figures confidently
*
A keen eye for detail and a no-nonsense approach to getting the job done
