We have an exciting and challenging role as Territory Manager – UK Southeast
Location: London, Greater London, Essex, Surrey
What to expect?
Johnson & Johnson and Abiomed are recruiting for a driven and results oriented Territory Manager, located in the Southeast of England. You will be responsible for the development and growth of your territory. You will also be accountable for the implementation of our sales strategy, planning, customer follow-up, sales activities and the development of customers and the business in your territory. Internal reporting and co-operation with management and fellow peers within the organization is part of your regular working responsibilities. The Territory Manager will also need to support procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratories and/or the operating room.
Your Tasks & Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of the Company’s products and services
* Execute strategies for launching new accounts and greater penetration in existing accounts
* Handle difficult sales negotiations, especially with largest prospects
* Build relationships with critical decision makers and KOLs in the assigned area
* Participate in scientific conferences, congresses and trade fairs in the UK/Europe and Global Sales Meetings
* Maintain business expenses in accordance with company guidelines.
* Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Your Expertise:
* A relevant Bachelor's degree in Health, Business, or a closely related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the cardiovascular medical device sector is essential.
* A proven history of driving success and managing a designated territory effectively.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for fostering collaboration among team members.
* Strong strategic selling capabilities that contribute to achieving sales targets.
* A high degree of flexibility and a readiness to travel up to 80% of the time, including supporting emergency cases as required.
* Proficient in articulating ideas and information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
* A valid driving license is required.
Candidates should be located within the specified geographic area to facilitate accessibility and prompt response to clinical needs.
