Over the past four years we’ve disrupted the UK market establishing GEKCO as the go to brand for planet and performance within climbing. 2025 is going to be a big year for us, with multiple innovative products launching, new markets being entered and our first true focus on growth. Working closely with the founder you will have the opportunity to directly impact and inform the strategy, seeing first hand the results of your hard work. Key Responsibilities of the Role Assist in the development and lead in the execution and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify and implement strategies, opportunities, and emerging trends. Monitor, manage and grow social media accounts creating and curating inspiring content for our community and the wider audience. Optimise the company profile across digital platforms and in physical spaces increasing brand awareness and value. Write and optimise compelling copy for various channels, such as websites, blogs, newsletters, social media, sales campaigns and in person events. Create and manage physical and digital marketing assets, including graphics, video content, and promotional materials. Collaborate with external partners to execute the marketing strategies ensuring cohesive and authentic branding throughout. In person sampling events at stockists and competitions, educating and empowering climbers through sharing the brand mission and product USPs. Google Ads & Analytics; social media management and paid ads (TikTok, IG, IGthreads, FB); and Squarespace content management. Efficiency in your management of marketing channels and execution of marketing campaigns. Fast learning, analytical mindset to campaign monitoring with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a passion for storytelling, copywriting and ideally climbing. Proficiency with G Suite & Asana. Experience in multi-media content creation and curation (copywriting, photography, videography, graphic design) preferably with proficiency in industry editing tools such as Adobe Suite. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment where multiple small projects are always running simultaneously. Ability to self-learn and use initiative to independently lead projects outside of your comfort zone. Creative and proactive problem-solving abilities. Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing settings is advantageous.
