This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of their HR operations by:
1. Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the new HRIS, ensuring smooth integration and system rollout.
2. Managing data migration, ensuring accuracy and integrity across all HR system-related processes.
3. Developing and creating valuable HR metrics, enabling insightful reporting to inform decision-making.
4. Producing user guides and delivering system training to HR and other key teams.
5. Supporting employee relations cases to further expand your HR expertise, if desired.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering you the chance to play a key role in transforming HR systems and processes. The days are fast-paced, challenging, but always rewarding. As a team, they are committed to delivering a first-class HR service that supports the wider organisational goals and values.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Leading the implementation and optimisation of the HR Information System (HRIS).
2. Managing the migration of data into the new system, ensuring complete accuracy and integrity.
3. Developing HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to improve decision-making.
4. Supporting staff with system queries and offering comprehensive training.
5. Contributing to employee relations cases and HR processes, broadening your HR knowledge.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
1. Have significant experience with HR systems, analytics, and reporting.
2. Ideally have experience in implementing HRIS within the education or similar sectors.
3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and systems integration.
4. Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Possess a process-driven, analytical mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Be proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
7. Be committed to continuous improvement and willing to challenge existing processes for better outcomes.
