Job Title:
An Area Manager is required for a 9-12 month maternity cover in our Domestic Abuse Team.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Hestia's senior operations team and play a crucial role in delivering high performing trauma informed services for Women and Children across London.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage accommodation and community-based services across London, holding relationships with key stakeholders including commissioners.
* Work with your teams and internal colleagues to deliver high-quality services that meet contractual and legal obligations.
* Plan, negotiate, and manage budgets to ensure income and expenditure are in line with projected figures.
* Develop professional partnerships with other voluntary and statutory sector providers to inform better practice and develop a collaborative approach to service planning and delivery.
Requirements:
* Proven senior track record of success in leading and delivering recovery and trauma-informed services.
* Experience of managing dispersed teams across multiple sites and successfully designing and implementing organisational change and service reconfiguration.
* Significant experience of business and financial planning, contract negotiations, and Housing Management.
* Able to motivate and empower staff, inspire confidence, and relate to people we support and their families.

£65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
