Job Description
Working with the Financial Controller you will be supporting them with:
* Processing Supplier invoices to Dext/Lightyear
* Statement reconciliation
* Preparing payments on bank line
* Managing the Admin inbox
* Processing hotel bookings
* Dealing with Pod’s and price queries
* Calling suppliers for copy statements/invoices
* Other ad hoc duties where required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* At least 2 years previous experience working within an accounts department
* Experience in working with Xero accounting systems
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
