Families Matter Kinship Care Service is commissioned by the Health and Social Care Partnership in Glasgow to deliver a safeguarding and support service to over 300 children and young people in the North East and North West of the city, working in partnership with Children 1st in the South. Our well-established service model involves undertaking regular home visits and identifying any supports that would enhance the wellbeing of children, young people and Kinship carers, working together to ensure the support is right, taking a relational and strengths-based approach.
