Day to Day:
Our client within the payments industry is looking to add multiple Product Managers to their growing team in the Brighton area. This individual will be responsible for the delivery of various products across the company’s internal platforms, and be responsible for the overall health and success of the products and product delivery lifecycle. You will work with high level stakeholders, gather requirements, and effectively map the technical teams to the completion of a successful solution. These roles are on-going contracts and allow you to work 2 days/week from home.
MUST HAVES:
* 3-8 years of Product Management experience supporting technical Software Engineering teams
* 2-4 years' experience working within an enterprise level environment, ability to scale to large scopes of work
* Successful track record of high level stakeholder management (executives, board members, SVPs, etc)
* Ability to clearly communicate expectations, timelines, and processes based on the business needs
* Experience working with multiple SCRUM teams in tandem
* Ability to take multiple high level business requirements and translate into meaningful, targeted product requirements
* Ability to communicate and understand the longevity and overall performance of a products features based on the business requirements
* Expert in Jira for backlogging
* Ability to create strong User Stories
* Track record of successfully maintaining, updating, and creating documentation
* Experience within an Agile environment
* Experience within a cloud environment (Azure preferred)
