The Company:An award winning supplier of apparel are seeking a Country Account Manager, you will be responsible for the relationships with existing key clients and driving new sales revenue growth to develop your customer base through effective sales strategies and relationship-building. Your role will involve developing and executing the Company’s sales strategy for the B2B and D2C market whilst delivering exceptional client service. The Country Account Manager is responsible for delivering against sales and service key performance indicators in country.The Role:
* Set up and implementation of our Business Central platform and suite of applications
* Fault resolution
* Co-ordinating staff training documentation for the Business Central suite of applications
* Managing and analysing performance data
* Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems.
* Preserving assets, information security and control structures.
* Integration of Business Central with 3rd party partners as necessary
* Relationship management of Business Central stakeholders
Skills Required:
1. Excellent knowledge of Business Central and how to optimise it for operational performance.
2. Knowledge of Shopify Plus and Hubspot is essential.
