The Role:
My mainstream client, based a short distance from Gloucester, is actively seeking a versatile and energetic Teaching Assistant, to join their team on a part-time (30 hours per week) basis. To be successful in this role you will need to be confident in providing one-to-one support for students, as well as providing more general support for the classroom teacher and students, including students with SEN requirements. As the Teaching Assistant you will undertake an of tasks, including organising the classroom to underpin the delivery of engaging lessons for students.

You will be joining a team of welcoming and enthusiastic teaching assistants, who are eager to meet new additions to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and aspiring teachers with minimal classroom experience to begin their career in education, as well as experienced teaching assistants that are eager to explore new environments. A minimum of three months experience in a childcare setting is required for this role. The successful candidate will be eager to hit the ground running and take on an exciting and diverse range of responsibilities. The Teaching Assistant could expect a part-time salary of £16,198 - £17,912 depending on the responsibilities of the role and their experience.
