Teaching Assistants
Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and supporting students' learning.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with varying needs.
* Help with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
* Prepare learning materials and resources.
* Support students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they achieve their potential.
Requirements:
* A positive attitude and a passion for working with young people.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Qualified Teachers
Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of all students.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
* Participate in professional development and contribute to the school community.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience in teaching and managing a classroom.
* Strong knowledge of the curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
