Overview: They are now looking to bring in an IT apprenticeship to expand the team. Job responsibilities include: Provide initial support to resolve technical issues for end users, ensuring all problems are managed efficiently and professionally Handle incoming support requests through their ticketing system, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritisation and resolution of issues Diagnose and resolve IT related problems, including software, hardware and network issues, using various diagnostic tools Identify when issues require higher level support and escalate them to appropriate team members or departments for further assistance Use a range of IT diagnostic tools to identify and solve technical issues, providing clear communication to both clients and senior team members about the problems and solutions Conduct on-site visits to client locations when remote troubleshooting is insufficient, ensuring timely and effective resolutions Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and independently Good organisation skills Problem solving skills Entry requirements: 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship is in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
