Job summary 1 X FIXED TERM 30HRS POSTS AVAILABLE This interesting role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Education team with particular responsibility for supporting our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Organisational Development (OD) activity, along with induction administration, reporting on training compliance, updating ESR Learning Management System, supporting staff members with queries about electronic training records, incoming enquiries via phone/email and reviewing digital and electronic information provided. We're looking for applicants who are highly motivated, methodical and organised. You'll be central to the effective and efficient recording of training activity, monitoring inboxes, offering advice/support to all in the Trust, ensuring accuracy and working closely with financial colleagues/senior managers in this. You'll play a key role in supporting the team, running our Education centre/admin office and the administration of Trust induction. You'll be encouraged to self-manage your workload but will always have support and guidance from the team. You'll create and maintain effective working relationships at all levels. Using your initiative, taking responsibility for yourself and the quality of your work will be important, so recent and relevant experience is essential. You will be expected to have good interpersonal skills, be a confident communicator and have sound IT skills. Full training provided on in house processes and systems. Main duties of the job Co-ordinating Organisational Development learning offerings and managing bookings from a centralised mailbox Maintaining, updating and creating learning offerings within the ESR Learning Management System Support with the administration of the 'Welcome to the Trust' induction programme Regular review of the Education Directorate Prospectus, Education Directorate Website and Education Intranet pages Provide breakdown of funding expenditure in relation to CPD and Workforce Development on a monthly basis to highlight any inaccuracies and chase up managers where funding has not been taken up Inputting annual training requirements from the Trust's training needs analysis spreadsheet into the Masterfile training needs spreadsheet and the ongoing maintenance throughout the year Monitoring the workforce training budget assigned to each division and ensure that accurate records are kept Organising and maintaining the filing system for approved application for funding forms Maintain accurate records of goods ordered and receipted in accordance with the Trust's financial framework Provide administrative support re the delivery of the LeadershipStrategy Support the Education team with incoming enquiries received via phone or email and running the Education Development Centre About us Wye Valley NHS Trust is a member of an NHS Foundation Group with South Warwickshire NHS FT, the George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust and Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.
