They are seeking an experienced all-round Customer Service Executive to join their small team. The friendly team ensures the best possible customer service. Duties include:
Job Role
1. Answering customer support emails and processing orders via online portal.
2. Providing excellent customer service via telephone during the manufacturing process.
3. Creating bespoke orders and following up on quotations.
4. Overseeing customer returns, including inspection of products.
5. Posting sample requests and packing items for delivery.
Requirements
1. Previous customer service experience with clear written and verbal communication skills.
2. Intermediate IT skills, including Word and Excel, are essential.
3. Attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
4. Owner/driver required due to semi-rural location.
