The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Be an experienced and enthusiastic primary teacher, with at least 3 years of classroom experience
* Have a proven record of raising standards and improving pupil outcomes
* Be confident in leading a Key Stage team, setting high expectations, and supporting colleagues
* Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Show a commitment to inclusive practice, child development, and emotional wellbeing
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and be passionate about inspiring a love of learning
* Be reflective, proactive, and committed to ongoing professional development
