* Be responsible for managing tenders through the sales process
* Have a strong understanding of the operational complexities to design an offering that allows us to be successful in winning tenders
* Be confident in presenting to multiple stakeholders and in articulating our key brand USPs to maximise our chances of winning with prospective clients
* Encourage innovation to develop and grow the business beyond core activities and secure our position as a preferred supplier
Solid commercial acumen and an understanding of financial models used
* Demonstrable track record of continued success
* Management of the total bid process for new and retained business
* Strong presentation skills with an excellent ability to keep your audience engaged with powerful closing skills
* Experience of having operated successfully
