Enrolment Executive
Location: 1 x Oadby, Leicester, 1 x Oxford
Salary: £25-30k depending on experience + excellent benefits

Project Partners are on the lookout for an organised, proficient, punctual, and proactive Enrolment Executive to join a lovely close-knit team in Leicester or Oxford. Are you a customer service professional ready for a new challenge? Do you have strong computer and Microsoft Office skills? We want to hear from you!
Role:
1. Tracking and monitoring of new candidates looking to enrol on pilot training courses.
2. Contacting suitable candidates over the phone and via email who apply directly for the courses.
3. Understanding what candidates are looking to do at the centre and directing them to the best team or manager.
4. Supporting candidates through the process while providing the best customer service.
5. Discussing with candidates or parents (depending on age) to understand who is serious about the courses and supporting them to the next stage.
6. Being a part of the team at the enrolment days at the centre.
7. Completing general administration duties related to the role using Microsoft Office.
8. Working alongside the sales team and reporting to the sales manager (please note this is not a sales role).
9. Offering career advice where required and supporting all queries sent through regarding the courses via email.
You will play a pivotal part in directing candidates through the process to become a professional pilot. You will offer a smooth-running service to give them the best candidate experience as they navigate their early career in becoming a pilot.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Organised and proactive attitude.
2. Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
3. Good telephone manner and customer service experience.
4. Verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
6. Team player but can also motivate themselves and work alone when required.
7. Experience with face-to-face customer service where required.

This is an onsite role, working Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. You must be able to commit to 5 days a week in the office as hybrid working is not an option and ideally drive due to the location of the role.
